General Questions
Do you charge for consultations?
No. On-site consultations are free. We visit your property, assess the site, listen to your vision, and provide honest feedback on what's possible within your budget.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Full Utah landscape contractor license, $2M general liability insurance, and current workers' compensation coverage. Certificates available on request.
Do you self-perform the work?
Yes. We handle design, pricing, and installation with our own crew. The team you meet at the consultation is the team on your property.
How far in advance should I book?
Book 8–12 weeks ahead for spring/summer projects. Peak season fills quickly. Off-season (fall/winter) often has better availability.
Project Planning
What's your warranty?
Workmanship warranty on all installs. If something fails due to our work, we fix it. Material warranties vary by product.
How long does a project take?
Varies. Small patios: 1-2 weeks. Medium design-builds: 4-8 weeks. Large or phased projects: 2+ months. Weather can affect timelines.
Do you handle permits?
Yes. For retaining walls over 4 feet, engineering, and any structural work, we pull permits and work with engineers. Clients reimburse permit fees.
Can you work with my architect?
Yes. We regularly coordinate with architects and interior designers. We can bid off existing plans or collaborate in the design phase.
Pricing & Payments
Do you publish pricing?
Yes. See our pricing page for ranges on standard projects. Custom projects quoted individually.
Do you remove old hardscape?
Yes. Demo and removal included. Hauling and disposal costs are itemized in the quote.
How do payments work?
Typically 50% down to reserve your spot, 50% upon completion. Large projects may have milestone payments.

Hooper, UT. We serve Northern Utah from Brigham City to Spanish Fork, no travel fees within our service area.
